"Stepono devintukas"  is a project which consist from nine apartment houses. Nine apartment houses are marked: A, B, C, G, H, D, E, K and F blocks.
Three XIX a. biuldings were will be renovated (G, H, K) and other six buildings will arise newly. Blocks G and H will become cottages:
G - Two apartment  with mansard (about 100 m²);
H - Four apartments with mansard (about 90-100 m²).
A, B, C, D, E blocks - five floors with mansard. Apartments projected with 1-5 rooms (about 37 - 130 m²).
K block - three floor building. Projected three Apartments with 3-4 rooms (about 60-90 m²).
F block - four floor with mansard. Apartments projected with 1-4 rooms (about 40-90 m²).
„Stepono devintuko" blocks are constructed around internal yard, which will become safe and cosy space both childrens to play and adults to relax....
